From there, the interest in freelancing continues to grow. It is here that the seeds of one’s own career or future are sown here, with tremendous wisdom, commitment and love.
The first job of freelancing is to tell you how you feel.
  • The first job of a freelancer was 50 cents at Odex. When I was a student, the feeling of doing the job was different. So the work is still on my profile and on the profiles of my two younger sisters. I’m still doing this work periodically for 3 an hour.

Many people face various problems while doing freelancing, how can they get a solution from it? Tell from your own experience.
-The problems that actually occur when going for freelancing are lack of proper guidance, lack of professionalism, lack of discipline, lack of adequate resources (manpower, tutorials, books, processes) etc. In fact, I have no guide to get out of them. Because we have to find the solution to these problems ourselves. However, I can say that we have to stick to this path in accordance with discipline.
What could be the cause of failure in this case? How do you see your skills and success?
-There are many reasons for failure in this case. This profession is much more challenging than other professions. I have already said that lack of guidance, lack of professionalism, lack of discipline, adequate amount of resources (manpower, tutorials, books, processes) etc. can lead to failure. The way the government is promoting freelancing, freelancing will go a long way in the future. But by sticking with patience and increasing your own skills, a position can be created here.
And in every case failure will come, you will never succeed if you fail and fall behind. Look at the successful people, they did not succeed overnight. Failure is behind their success. Failure will lead you to success, so I would say don’t fail and stop. Learn to overcome failure, you will see that you have once been a successor to others.

  • I said at first that there is no alternative to discipline. My team and I work in the office every day from 10 am to 6 pm. Apart from this, I maintain all kinds of online communication through WhatsApp, Skype and email. And now my team is my daily routine. When I was freelancing alone, I worked 12/14 hours every day. But now I have a team, I go with them every day.
  • What is your purpose for newcomers?
  • -I will say first of all that you should not come into this profession unless you are very committed to the newcomers. But if one has the mindset to take on constant challenges and learn, it can be a very promising career. I myself am a student of a public university. I have built my career in this sector. You can build yourself here if you want, but remember you have to be prepared to take on challenges. You have to make yourself interested in learning to work. Only then will you be successful.
